Torn Stats is a third-party tool designed for players of Torn.com to analyze game data and performance. This site is not affiliated with Torn.com or its developers. All Torn-related assets and intellectual property belong to Torn.com.

2. Data Collection & Storage

• Data collected from the Torn API is stored persistently for user analysis until the user account is deleted.
• Users may delete their personal data by going into their settings page and clicking "Delete Account".

3. Data Sharing

• Torn Data not available through public API calls is not shared with any other member without your consent. This includes, but is not limited to, your faction information, company information, and any other data that is not publicly available.
• User data may be shared with faction members for collaborative analysis and strategic planning. This setting can be managed in your settings page.
• No data is shared with third parties outside of this context.
• Email addresses are never sold or used for contact other than for password management. Torn Stats administrators may request access to view and change this email upon user request for account assistance.

4. API Key Usage

• Limited access level key is requested to operate Torn Stats.
• API keys provided by users are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of automation and data retrieval.
• Keys are never exposed to other users or third parties except Torn Stats administrators on request for account assistance only.
• Your API key may be used to update your player information, information regarding any faction or company you are in, and any other information that is available through the Torn API. This data is used to enhance your experience on Torn Stats and provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information possible.

5. Purpose of Use

Torn Stats exists solely to analyze gameplay data for personal and faction-level insights.

6. Compliance with Torn API Terms

As per Torn's official API Terms of Service:

• All API data remains the property of Torn.com.
• Data retrieved from the Torn API is not to be used for commercial purposes.
• Respect rate limits and do not engage in excessive or abusive API calls.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure their API key is valid and kept confidential.
• Users agree not to exploit Torn Stats or the Torn API for unintended purposes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Torn Stats for any user found in violation of these terms.
